The duplex apartment is air conditioned and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. It comprises a lounge/dining area (with ceiling fan), kitchen with utility area, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms with bidet.
The living/dining room is furnished with traditional Spanish style furniture and includes two comfortable settees, coffee and dining tables. The living space also includes a flat screen TV with Sky/Spanish TDT, a DVD player and a selection of DVD's for adults and children. Patio doors lead from the living room to a private patio and small garden area with a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with a full size electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
The first floor double bedroom is spacious with large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets/lights and provides access through patio doors to a large sun terrace with table and chairs.
One twin bedroom is on the first floor.
The second twin bedroom and the shower room is on the ground floor. Both twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets/lights.
